JUVENILE DEFENSE

Fran has a strong record defending juveniles and young adults charged with felonies and misdemeanors ranging from rape, sexual assault, gross sexual imposition, felonious assault, alcohol, drugs and theft. She also handles cases and advises clients on their eligibility and rights relating to Judicial Release in Ohio.

A particular area of interest is defending and supporting juveniles and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Fran fights hard for these individuals and ensures that the judges and prosecutors are educated on the unique challenges they face in the courts and criminal justice system.
